小貼士1、電飯鍋里不加水,會(huì)不會(huì)糊底或者不熟?。恳稽c(diǎn)都不用擔(dān)心,不會(huì)呢~這道菜有蔬菜墊鍋底,在加熱時(shí),香菇、洋蔥、燈籠椒這些含水量較大的蔬菜就會(huì)析出水份。千萬(wàn)別額外加水,否則一整鍋煮完就容易變得稀稀拉拉的,不夠香濃!2、這道三汁燜鍋我還能往里面加些什么材料?這是一道非常隨意的主菜,里面的主料、鍋底蔬菜、醬料可以根據(jù)自己的喜好隨意更換喲!只要你喜歡,你能接受,都沒(méi)有問(wèn)題!
